Anderson, Johanna
Johanna Edens Anderson is the Executive Director of The Belk Foundation, a family foundation based in Charlotte, N.C. that supports excellent public school teachers and leaders, and student grade level proficiency by the third grade. Prior to joining The Belk Foundation in 2009, Anderson served in roles with Foundation For The Carolinas and the Association of Small Foundations, now Exponent Philanthropy. Anderson is current Board Chair of the North Carolina Network of Grantmakers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public policy studies from Duke University and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
