The Governance Center Launches Search for Executive Director
The Conference Board is pleased to announce the search for an Executive Director of The Conference Board Governance Center. The Center has a legacy of leadership with respect to issues of corporate governance. From the Blue-Ribbon Commission on Public Trust and Private Enterprise through the Task Force on Executive Compensation, the Executive Director will build on that legacy and further the Center’s mission to drive optimal governance practices that lead to enhanced corporate performance, public trust and market confidence.
In this time of economic recovery, the Executive Director position offers a tremendous opportunity to provide leadership on corporate governance issues and leverage the Governance Center’s unique role in providing a neutral, non-adversarial setting to address governance issues facing companies, supported by exceptional research.
