Bob Zukis

Bob Zukis is a Senior Fellow with The Conference Board Governance Center.

Named in 2013 to the Financial Times Digital 50 Board Candidates With Skills In New Technology, Bob also educates and advocates around IT governance and cyber-security as an NACD Southern California Board Member.

Mr.Zukis retired from PwC in 2012 as an Advisory Partner and is now focused on disruptive technology start-ups and helping leaders and their companies find their futures with new technologies. He has recently held CEO and Executive level positions in VC and PE backed SaaS companies.

He is also an Advisory Board member with the UC Irvine Center For Digital Transformation.

While at PwC, Mr. Zukis held President/GM level leadership and management positions across four continents and twenty countries. He has a broad range of management consulting and industry experience and his functional breadth reaches across business and IT strategy and operations and corporate and IT governance.

Mr. Zukis is a sought after speaker, author and thought leader who is regularly quoted and published in a variety of press. He is the Author of Social Inc. – Why Business is the Next Social Opportunity Worth Trillions (Kauffman Fellows Press 2013) and the chapter IT Governance in a Digital World in The Handbook of Board Governance (Wiley 2016).

He is a CPA and also holds an MBA with Honors from The University of Chicago and a BBA from Texas Tech University.
